Does my data need to be perfect?

No. We work with your team to pull the needed data. Many properties find that the process of extracting data and engaging with the team is a helpful process in and of its self.

Do I need to invest in technology?

No. We align the recommendations and initiatives with the properties capabilities. The goal is to deliver initiatives the property can sustain on its own.

Do I need to change my process and SOPs?

No. In our experience, forcing this requirement is the number one impediment to success. Instead we twist the recommendations to fit with your operations.

Does Differential Labs only work with large operators?
